.com has three services that may help you follow through with your treatment:

New patient information series: A sequence of 6 messages designed to guide you through the first 6 weeks of your treatment with LUMIGAN ophthalmic solution. Many patients have used LUMIGAN. We've listened to feedback from them so we can provide you with answers to the questions you may have as well as tips for taking LUMIGAN. Two versions available: for patients and for friends/family members.
Daily treatment reminders: Give yourself a little prompt to take your medication every day. Keep track of your success by deleting the reminders on the days you remember to use LUMIGAN ophthalmic solution. Versions for patients and friends/family members.
Refill reminders: It can be hard to remember all the little things. Let us know the size of your LUMIGAN prescription bottle (ie, 2.5 mL, 5 mL, or 7.5 mL), and we can send you an e-mail when it is time to refill. There's even a snooze feature, so you can delay your refill reminder if it's not quite time to go to the pharmacy. Versions for patients and friends/family members.

The key to keeping eye pressure low? Follow your doctor's directions, including taking your prescribed medication every day. A long-term (chronic) condition such as elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) or glaucoma requires a commitment to treatment.

Remember, LUMIGAN

can only work if you use it every day. Taking LUMIGAN

ophthalmic solution once daily and following your eye doctor's instructions are your best defense against vision loss due to glaucoma!

LUMIGAN (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% is for the treatment of high eye pressure, also called intraocular pressure (IOP), in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Important Safety Information
LUMIGAN (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% has been reported to cause darkening (pigmentation) of eye color, eyelid skin and eyelashes, as well as increased growth of eyelashes. Pigmentation changes can increase as long as LUMIGAN is used. After stopping LUMIGAN, darkening of eye color is likely to be permanent while darkening of the eyelid skin and eyelash changes may be reversible. The effects of increased darkening beyond 5 years are not known.

The most common side effects are eye redness, growth of eyelashes, and itchy eyes.
